The main entertaining area features a large covered and uncovered deck as well as a beautiful bar and TV downstairs. This large two story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has enough space to sleep 14 people. The main floor has a great open concept living and dining space with seating for 10, and a bar. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. There is also a queen bedroom and full bath located on this floor. Two of the upper level rooms have access to the covered veranda, and of course, the amazing views. The master suite, 2 bunkrooms and a full bath are found on the upper level. Bring your kayak, fishing tackle, etc. Come relax at this beautiful, wide and quite area of the beach, near barrels 29-30. Additional information: Lower level – queen room and full bath, Upper level – king master with full bath, bunkroom with full/full and twin/twin, bunkroom with 2 twin/twin, full bath in hall. Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, starter set (enough for 2 days) of basic paper goods and soaps. There is an outdoor charcoal grill, please bring charcoal/lighter fluid. There is a k-cup type coffee pot. Events are allowed, max guests 20, with a non-refundable event fee of $600, please contact for additional information.
