Both bedrooms have new Texas Mattress Maker mattress, and the bunks have memory foam mattresses. You're sure to enjoy cooking in the spacious gourmet kitchen with it's custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and large breakfast bar. The open concept has stylish décor and comfy furnishings making this the perfect family vacation home. Enjoy your days sitting on the deck, hanging out downstairs or on the beach via the beach access road. Bed set up - Master has a king, guest 1 has queen, guest 2 has two bunks and a rollaway trundle. Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, starter set of basic paper goods and soaps. There is an outdoor charcoal grill available, please bring charcoal and lighter fluid. There are both types of coffee pots available, for coffee grounds and pods. Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen! No smoking inside, and no pets allowed.
