Originally named "Sans Souci", french, meaning "Without Care", has evolved to affectionately, being identified to by friends and guests as simply "The Sans". Regardless of the name, the end result is always the same for those who stay here for many reasons: "without a care in the world" "The Sans" has everything needed for you to relax, attend to business, have family time, celebrate anything/everything, enjoy beach time, create a mealtime, make memories and fulfill dreams. Come enjoy Crystal Beach "The Sans'", without care! This beautifully decorated home is designed for you to enjoy your vacation "Without Care". It is located in the amazing Sandy Shores neighborhood, with beach access, only a block to the beach, and less than a 5 minute walk. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf and the Intercoastal Waterway (ICW) right from the deck. Relax in the evening watching the amazing sunsets and ships cruising thru the ICW. This home has everything you could want in a rental with room to sleep 8 guests. The Sans features an open concept kitchen, stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, as well as a large living area with a smart TV, perfect place to settle down with your group after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a twin/twin bunk and private bath. The quest room has a full size and twin/twin bunk. Fisherman! The driveway has plenty of room to park your boat, and we are located 1.5 miles from the Stingaree Marina and boat launch. There are smart tv's for your live streaming entertainment hung in every room. On the ground floor you will find available for your use, a beach bar with TV, patio table, outside shower, and a portable charcoal grill as well as a foosball table. Sans Souci' is the perfect place for making memories with family and friends at Crystal Beach. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Starter paper goods and basic soaps will be provided. Security cameras are used outside. Smoking is allowed outside only. Must be 25 yrs old to book. There are both drip and pod type coffee pots available. Cargo lift is not available for use due to liability issues. Small parties are allowed, please contact property management for approval. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 2 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $300. Fur Babies/Pets DOGS ONLY are allowed, max 2, less than 30 lbs, pet fee is $25 per night, will be added after booking. Please brush out pets before your trip. Pets are not allowed on furniture. This property is located in Crystal Beach, across the ferry from Galveston on the Bolivar Peninsula. As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
