The 5 minute walk to the beach, near barrel 102, will be quick and easy. You have beach access by foot path, and 1 street over you have beach access by vehicle or golf cart. There is a beautifully designed, open concept kitchen and large living area, including a large screen TV, with Fire Stick, for friends and family to gather. The master bedroom en suite features a king size bed, large bathroom with a walk in shower. All three guests room feature a queen size bed in each. There are 2 full baths, with tub/shower combos in the hallway between the guest rooms. Downstairs you will find an outside shower to rinse off after a day at the beach as well as a charcoal grill. There is also a fish cleaning station. Long Time, No Sea! is the perfect place for making memories with family and friends at Crystal Beach. If you are looking for 2 homes next door to each other, this property is next door to O' Heavenly Stay. Must be 25 yrs of age to book. Coffee pot is drip type. Cleaning fee includes towels, linens, beds made, as well as a starter set of basic paper goods and soaps. Dogs are allowed, max 2, 20 lbs. There is a non refundable pet fee of $250 that will need to be added after booking. No smoking allowed. Charcoal grill is available. No events or parties of any type, including prom are allowed. Max occupancy of 8 guests must be observed at all times. Property is located on Bolivar Peninsula, also available by ferry from Galveston, Texas.
