Bolivar Bunk House, located in Singing Sands, is the perfect place for your beach vacation! This three bedroom, two bathroom home sleeps 12 comfortably. The beach is just a quick walk, with golf cart access to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible need for your stay. A starter supply of paper goods is provided, along with linens and towels and beds are made. The ground level features a sand shower and picnic table. The large deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee with a view! Bed Setup: Master suite - queen guest room - twin and twin over full bunk bunkroom - 2 twin over full bunks Minimum age to book is 25 yrs. Guests DO NOT have access to community pool. Pets are allowed, max 2 dogs, there is an additional pet fee of $25 per night for up to 2 dogs, which will need to be added after booking. There is a charcoal grill available. No events allowed, including prom groups. Smoking is only allowed outside. Property is located across the ferry from Galveston, Tx.
