Boujee Beach House is a gorgeous home just 300 feet from the beach with amazing views! This is a pet friendly, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home sleeping 8 guests. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you will need to prepare meals during your stay. The living room has comfortable seating for everyone. Outside, you will find ample seating on the deck where you can enjoy sipping that morning cup of coffee watching a breathtaking sunrise, and cool beverages viewing our glorious sunsets. Enjoy your dinner outside at the picnic table, we also provide a charcoal grill so you are able to grill your favorite meals. There is a Tiki Bar, picnic table and swings downstairs to enjoy while visiting with your guest and chillin' out. When you are ready to head to the beach, it is just a short walk or drive away! Pets are welcome, up to 2 dogs, the non-refundable pet fee is $25 per night, to be added after booking. There is a large fenced yard so your dogs can run and play. After having fun in the sand, don’t forget to rinse off in the downstairs shower! This property has amazing views, a large sundeck and a great area for entertaining downstairs. The bedrooms are as follows: Master Bedroom with a King bed with an en suite bathroom Guest room with a queen bed Guest room with queen bunk beds, that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The living and kitchen area are in an open floor plan that allows for visiting Beds are made with fresh linens, towels are provided. There are starter sets of toilet paper in each bathroom (2 rolls) Paper towels in the kitchen (2 rolls) hand soap in each bathroom 5 trash bags in kitchen.
