This house has all the modern conveniences you could want and expect. You can relax on the deck in the hammock or the oversized lounger while listening to the waves crash in the gulf. Read a book or have a glass of wine while watching the sunset over The Intercoastal Waterway. The beach access is less than a 5 min walk with the softest sand on the peninsula. Golf cart and vehicle access are allowed as well. Don’t have a golf cart? We offer one for rent as well during your stay!!! Beach Please! features a large open living room with a huge wrap around sectional couch. The 65” smart TV is the perfect way to settle down with your group after a long day at the beach. Kick your feet up on the ottoman and enjoy the cross breeze the home offers as it’s situated perfectly between the gulf and intercoastal. Board games and Wii are offered for your entertainment! The open concept kitchen feeds into the living room creating plenty of room for gathering and dining. Modern appliances allow cooking with ease as well as all the cooking basics needed to prepare meals including ceramic cookware. Barware, glasses, and wine fridge help make this home a perfect getaway for adults as well as kids. Don’t feel like cooking? Stingaree and many other amazing restaurants are withing a mile or two! The master bedroom has a King size bed, 55” big screen smart TV, HUGE walk-in closet and en suite master bath with a walk-in shower and rain style showerhead. Need to do some remote work on your vacation? Well, the adjustable height desk makes for a perfect spot to get it done quickly and in comfort! The first guest room has TWO queen beds, large closet and shares the hall bathroom. With blackout windows you are sure to be able to sleep in and get that much needed rest and relaxation. A pack and play is also available for use in the closet. The second guest room features TWO impressive queen over queen bunk beds. Each bed has a reading light, fan and charging ports! A smart tv is hung in this room to entertain as well. With plenty of room, this room is sure to be the life of the party! On the ground floor you will find available for your use, a tiki bar, patio table, outside shower, fish cleaning sink and a portable charcoal grill (please bring charcoal/lighter fluid). Parking for up to nine vehicle’s is available under the deck as well. Beach Please! is the perfect place for making memories with family and friends at Crystal Beach. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Starter set (enough for 2 days) of paper goods and basic soaps will be provided. Security cameras are used outside. Smoking is allowed outside only. Must be 25 yrs old to book. There are both types of coffee pots available, regular drip and k-cups. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non-refundable event fee of $600. Located near barrels 100-101. This property is located in Crystal Beach, across the ferry from Galveston. Fur Babies/Pets, DOGS ONLY, are allowed, max 2, less than 90 lbs, pet fee is $75, may need to be added after booking.
