The neighboring green space and the bodies of water within it provide incredible wildlife watching of fish, turtles, waterfowl and rabbits, to name a few. In addition, the large bar on the mezzanine deck is a great entertainment space to gather and have a cocktail or just enjoy the tranquil views. When everyone gets ready to retire for the evening, there is ample room to spread out and wind down. The large master suite sits just off the living room with beautiful views of the lush neighboring green space. The master suite has its own private bathroom with double shower. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with two queen size beds and the other with two full size beds, each featuring a private bathroom and an enclosed balcony with more spectacular views. The living space doubles as a sleeping area with two sets of twin/full bunk beds, strategically located behind the seating area.
