With the Gulf beach only a 5-minute walk away, near barrel 77, this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for a family beach vacation. Here you will find everything you need, so just relax and enjoy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and there are many great restaurants nearby if you would rather eat out. Start your day with coffee from our dual Keurig coffee-maker and step out on the amazing deck to enjoy the morning breeze before heading off to the beach, or to any of the many other great activities available nearby. Sea Glass Retreat features an open concept kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has a custom banquette with ample seating as well as a large island with additional seating. The spacious master suite features a king bed, with private bath. The first guest room is beautifully decorated with a queen bed, while the second guest room was designed with the kids in mind. It has two sets of custom queen-over-queen bunks with shiplap and can sleep eight. There are smart TVs in every bedroom to enjoy your streaming entertainment. Each bedroom has a closet, suitcase rack, and clothing hangers. A selection of DVDs is provided, as well as several board games and cornhole boards & bags. The downstairs area was designed with outdoor entertainment in mind. The custom bar area (completed in 2023) has ample seating for meals or to enjoy a beverage. It also features a sink, large countertops, and LED lighting. An assortment of beach toys is provided underneath the bar. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is also located downstairs to rinse off after returning from the beach. A custom firepit area (also completed in 2023) is located just behind the home, and allows guests to enjoy the home during evenings or in the cooler months (Please reference the firepit rules in the welcome book prior to use of the firepit). Sea Glass Retreat’s cul-de-sac location, large lot, and oversize driveway gives privacy and makes boat parking simple for our fishing guests. Welcome gift is provided to guests upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only in the fire pit area. Must be 25 years of age to book. No events/parties allowed. This includes prom, graduation, fraternity & sorority events, etc. Max occupancy of 12 must be observed at all times, including visiting guests not staying at the residence. The top bunks are for children only. Security cameras are located outside only. Sand Dollar Beach Vacations will never send you a TEXT with a link requesting payment. Note, property is not child proof. As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
