Relax in style at this beautiful, Beachfront with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico! Positioned on the Bolivar Peninsula, in the small town of Gilchrist, you will be a few short steps away from the beach! This 3 bedroom, plus loft, 4 bath property features , where you can start each morning in the fresh air with a cup of coffee watching the waves break over the sandy shore.
When you enter the home, you will immediately be greeted by the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for all your culinary needs and plenty of seating for family style meals to get everyone fueled up for the day. When it’s time to head out to the beach, which you will find just steps from your back door, you can make a day of beachcombing and lounging on the sand!
When are winding down for the evening, on the first floor you will find a king bed and an en suite bathroom, a queen room and full bath in the hallway. Upstairs you will find bedroom with a king and queen beds as well as a private bath. The loft, has 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds, with a trundle in each, a twin futon and a full bath in the hallway.
Discover everything this area has to offer, from local restaurants and shops to the Smith Oaks Sanctuary for some birdwatching! You will also be only 10 minutes from Crystal Beach.
Located next door to "Jordan's Sandcastle".
Events are welcome, max 30 event guests, additional, non-refundable event fee of $600, will need to be added after booking. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $600.
Pets are welcome, up to 2 dogs, the non-refundable pet fee is $75, may need to be added after booking.
Beachfront, 3 bedroom, 3.5 baths
Must be 25 yrs old to book.
Smoking allowed outside only, must pick up butts.
Charcoal grill available downstairs.
Both types of coffee pots are available.
All TV are smart, with YouTube TV.
Located across the ferry from Galveston, on the Bolivar Peninsula.
As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
