This charming vacation home has cool colors and traditional styling to create a relaxing retreat for a small family or multiple couples. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen and a double-size bed in the second bedroom, and 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, this cozy beach home offers pleasant accommodations for you and your guests. An updated galley-style kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances allows you to prepare fresh Gulf seafood or just enjoy your morning coffee and cereal with ease.
Recovering from too much fun in the sun? Enjoy a movie on comfortable living room furniture with a large flat-screen television and Roku or relax with a good book on the covered deck. When you're ready to dip your toes in the water, just walk a few steps to the beach and enjoy all that the Gulf Coast has to offer!

SUPPLIES
The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, and bath towels.
We also provide a starter supply of basic soaps, shampoo/conditioner, and basic paper goods. Please prepare to bring or purchase subsequent supplies.
NEIGHBORHOOD
This house is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for grilling out, enjoying a fire, and laughing with your friends and family.
OUTDOORS
There is a charcoal grill available for your use. Kindly bring your own charcoal and starter. Please ensure you leave the grill clean after use.
PARKING
There's plenty of parking space for up to 4 cars or trucks. There is also plenty of room for a boat trailer. Please do not park on the grass. At this time, guests do not have access to the garage.
Additional Information
Pets are welcome for $75, pet fee for up to 2 pets, may need to be added after booking, for the extra cleaning they require for the next guest. Please bring bags and clean up after your pets.
Must be 25 yrs. old to book.
Cargo lift is not available for use due to liability issues.
Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $600.
Located on the Bolivar Peninsula, across the ferry from Galveston.

We have exterior cameras on-site for security purposes. No cameras overlooking any place guests can reside.

Guest access
We have an electronic SMART lock on our beach house. You won't need to go to an office OR pick up keys. When you get in the area you can go straight to the beach house anytime after 4 pm, unpack, relax and enjoy.
As per our rental agreement, any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund.
Note, property is not child proof.
